Please allow up to 3 working days for your purchase to be sent.

Returning a online purchase

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. This applies for faulty Skincare products only. We do not accept returns for change of mind.

Byron Medi Spa reserves the right to reject the returns of goods which do not meet the eligibility criteria.

To be eligible for a return:

1) The product is faulty 

2) The item must be not physically damaged from dropping or mistreatment

3) The item was purchased online at our official store (www.byronmedispa.com.au)

4) Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase

Process

If you meet the eligibility criteria above and would like to return your product, please email hello@byronmedispa.com.au and state the Order number and reason for return.

Please note we only offer exchange of same item. No Refunds.

Once we receive your item, we will notify you on the status replacement after inspecting the item within 3 working days.

If your return is approved, we will initiate generate a new Sales order to ship your replacement item.

Return Shipping Costs

Once you have notified us of your wish to return the item for assessment and we approve the return, we will send details to your email address on how to return the item at our cost.
